Our Delivery Process (Please Read!)

These details are here to guide you on our process for providing you with your dōT.com Your Biz template in Podia. There are a number of steps involved, which we'll walk you though...
With your completed purchase (thank you!), you'll hear from us via email within 24 hours, Monday to Friday where we'll confirm your purchase with you.
We'll create your Podia site and liaise with Podia so we have a complimentary team seat added, to give us the ability to support you presently and with future requests too (if any).
We'll then transfer ownership of this new Podia website to you, so you can upgrade your new website from the free plan, to the paid plan of your preference (which will depend on what features you'd like).
Once you've upgraded to a paid Podia plan (please let us know straightaway so we can proceed with your template build), we'll then begin building out your new dōT.com Your Biz template so it's just like the one you see in the demonstration when it's completed (this take time, so please be patient, and we aim to have this all completed & ready for you within 7 business days).
If you own your own domain, and you'd like this pointed to your Podia site, we're happy to do this for you (only in the build phase), if you provide us with your domain registrar login details. There's also another technical step for forwarding https:// to https://www which can be done at the same time, which we can absolutely do for you if we'll be taking your Podia website 'LIVE' on your domain (as this part requires domain registrar access too). Alternatively, if you'd prefer to do these 2 steps on your own, we can provide you with fairly straightforward instruction for doing these on your own.
That's it, when it's ready we'll let you know & then it's all yours!!!
