How does payment work?

We start work immediately upon receipt of payment  to create your Podia account - which is non refundable, so make absolutely certain you’re sure you’d like to move forward.  Due to the commitment to working efficiently and aiming to complete the site as soon as possible, payment is required in full, up front, to prioritise your site. This is due to a VERY high demand for working with me, and it allows me to prioritise your project.

Are there any extra costs which are beyond the fixed fee?

Who will I be working with?
